It will be a game changer for them, where as those who have been in the biz 5 years or more already have either shot for all the companies that are going to hire them. And they have already networked & have the right contacts to get future work. Plus way too many of them are sore winners & use it as a tool to put down other models. I much rather a newer gal win because it might give her more opportunities.
