Added 2020-04-15 01:12:20 +0000 UTCAfter 2 hours online chat support & them repeatedly telling me to do what I already was doing is insulting. Kept telling me not to use Google play to download apps, there is NO google play on iphones. So why repeatedly tell me not to use something that isnt on that phone. Told me go to an Apple store to get it fixed, as if any of them are open during this pandemic.. Had them switch me back to my Android s7. I plan on returning iphone & getting a full refund. Shall never buy another Apple product again.
