

All natural lens flare. 👌 Today was the first day of the last cycle in my training block: one month of high weight, low rep training, to recondition my muscles after high volume work. After this month I'll jump into another high volume cycle which will coincide with the second month of my cut diet. I don't expect to see massive gains over winter for this reason, and that's OK. I would prefer to have a more defined physique for a while and when I'm ready to bulk, I can do so from a lower bf% which will enhance muscle gain. :)
