She can only breath through that tiny small hole in the plug. In a session it could be that she has to wear this configuration for some hours, so she is training, how to keep cool when she can't get enough. It's very important to know how to slow down then because even with the keys of the hood it takes minutes until the Rubberdoll hood with the total rubber mouth lining and the nose tubes would be removed.... to be continued... 💋
