My dentist said that I’ve been aggressively grinding my teeth in my sleep because of stress so I had to get a special fitted night guard so I don’t fuck up my teeth and it cost $450 oh my god. Lol I know it’ll be worth it in the long term but right now I’m just like “do I really need teeth“??
