

I’ve been doing weightlifting with a trainer and I’m actually starting to see some visible gains in my lower body. (Or at least I think that they’re visible, you’ll have to tell me if you think so too) This is the first time I’ve really worked out without the goal of losing weight. In fact I am actively trying to gain weight. I am proud of myself. I’m not sure if it’s enough of a difference for you to be able to tell but I think I see the difference
