

Tw- weight stuff I know it’s not an enormous difference but the left is from my birthday, June 24 on the right is from last night. I actually talked about this when it happened so some of you may remember, but a few months ago I got on the scale and realized that I was the lowest weight I’d been in years. I was actually same weight I was at when I had a serious eating disorder and had to go into clinical recovery. That freaked me out enough to make a change. I set out with the goal of slowly putting on some weight and muscle and it’s been really hard but I’m happy with my results so far. As somebody who struggles with body image issues, purposely putting on weight is incredibly difficult for me mentally. This is a 10lb difference and I’m really happy with my progress. I’m definitely not done yet, I want to continue weightlifting and working out, but I wanted to share my progress. I’m really proud of this
