

With everything going on, a lot of people have told me they're very stressed out. It makes sense, me too! To help you guys, I wanted to talk a little bit about managing stress! First of all, just remember to breathe - whenever you're stressed out, take some deep breaths and do little count. Also, remember to eat! It's easy to get off schedule at home and it very quickly tuckers you out! I also use an app called Headspace, it's a mediation app and they've made a lot of it free during this pandemic.
