my cat is doing a lot better!! hes still a hot mess but he's doing so much better than before I am so relieved I ate for the first time in 3 days. and the Vet said the first time he tested his Kidney values it stayed the same so he was super concerned I may have to put him down thenn they accidently retested him they were testing for something else and it accidently tested his kidney again and it went down to 34! so now we don't know which one is right idk why they did'nt do it again but they will tomorrow. hes not perfect by any means but way better

the doctor called me and said basicaly hes more pessimistic now about gizmo b/c his numbers are still bad his kidney vals are still high and they may not go down if hes at end stage kidney failure and i may want to consider putting him down soon and i'm not ready my life will be over

just called the animal hospital to check on my baby and they said he's doing a little better today and he moved himself still not eating on his own but ht prob wont eat there. and his tongue for some reason seems to be stuck out I asked the nurses and doctors about it they did'nt seem worried but when the next doctor calls me w his lab info later i'm gonna ask him.

So My cat has a lot of things wrong with him he has diabetes..
So My cat has a lot of things wrong with him he has diabetes which has been like unmanaged for a while because I didn't take him to the vet like a piece of shit that I am, he's really weak theyre gonna have to give him a catheter for a while and lots of intensive therapy medication and he might be OK to come home to be managed for me but he's never gonna be fully healthy again. They're waiting for the liver biopsy results as long as he doesn't have cancer they might be able to get him back to a manageable point so I'm waiting for the liver biopsy and I don't care what anyone says I'm doing whatever I can to save him Until they told me there's no hope left
