I’m going to try to come back tomorrow. All progress I was making working out has been shot, I’ve lost almost 20 and was almost hospitalized this week. Today I just feel really weak and occasionally sick. I have not been this sick in so long. I don’t like how I look and it’s just all blah. I’m going to try to at least do something bc I’m hating this😭

This is the most sick I’ve been since Covid and pneumonia earlier this year. I have been throwing up so much it’s making my whole body hurt from all the straining. I’ve gotten 1 broken hr of sleep last night 😭😷
