Day 3 - 30 lbs in 30 day challenge Weighed in at 308.6. Damn. 4 lbs in 3 days? I once read it takes 3 days for weight gains to show but I can’t believe it shot up overnight. I didn’t post the weight from day 2 because it hadn’t changed from the first day and I thought maybe I should only do weight updates weekly. But now. Damn. Idk. These morning peanut butter shakes and afternoon tuna dips might be just the thing.
