Hey all, so sorry for being distant on here. After prepping so intensely this past year, I really wanted to disconnect and enjoy this holiday season with my close family. Esp in the pandemic, time with loved ones should be prioritized. BUT. I am currently in an off season period to try and add some size. I will begin prepping (dieting) again probably around April or may for the Olympia in Sept, as long as covid doesn't change that. I hope to upload more training videos, physique updates, photo shoot content,etc. As always, if you want custom content in any format, please don't hesitate to ask via DM.
