Unfortunately mother nature is a bit demanding and it'll probably be a couple of days before I can do naked yoga again. But I am still doing my stretches regularly and wanted to share. I hold the pose for a little over two minutes, which is the longest I've been able to hold it so far. Yay!

Also, there is a quick video of me doing cow/cat posture. It was very helpful suggesting by a friend on here and it did help stretch my back out immensely this morning so huge thank yous for the suggestion and for modeling the sequence for me.

When I'm writing, I'm usually too focused on the text to really get into a scene that much and it's only when I'm reading it later that I get turned on by it.
